Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial First

Every new customer can try Kiwikit Service free for 14 days with full features and no payment details required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure the Service fits your business before paying.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • First purchase — 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will refund the full subscription amount.
  • After 7 days: subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
  • Renewals: if a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date for a full refund of that renewal.

3. Add-ons

Consumable add-ons (such as WhatsApp/SMS message credits) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on a cancelled account may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on +91 84595 74080 or kiwisofttechwork@gmail.com. No cancellation charges apply.
  • After cancellation, the Service remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
  • Your data remains exportable for 90 days after the subscription ends, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines beyond that may depend on your bank or payment provider.
