Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with every feature switched on, no credit card required. Sign up and your shop is ready in minutes; you can also message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it up with you the same day. If it's not for you, simply walk away — you won't be charged anything.
What does it cost after the trial?
Two options, both with exactly the same features: ₹1,499 for 3 months, or ₹4,999 for a year — which works out to ₹417 a month and saves you ₹997 against paying quarterly. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, and there is no setup fee.
How does per-user pricing work?
Every plan includes 4 users and one shop location. Need more? Add extra users anytime at ₹83 per user per month, alongside your plan. Running multiple branches or a bigger team? Tell us how you work and we'll quote it around what you need.
Are there any limits on job cards or storage?
No. All plans include unlimited job cards, unlimited customers and unlimited device history. We never meter your storage or charge you for growing your business.
Can customers track their repair status themselves?
Yes. Every job card gets a private tracking link that can be sent on WhatsApp automatically — your customer sees live status, amount paid and balance without calling your counter.
Can I switch between 3 months and a year?
Anytime, in either direction — and nothing is lost when you do. Whatever days are still left on your current plan are added on top of the new one, so paying early never costs you the time you already bought. There's nothing to cancel either: if you don't renew, it simply stops.
Do you support Marathi or Hindi?
Customer support is available in Marathi, Hindi and English. The app UI is in English currently — a Marathi UI is on the roadmap. Receipts and labels print in your preferred format.
Can I import my old customer data?
Yes. Send us your Excel sheet, notebook scan or even a WhatsApp customer list — our team migrates it free of cost when you sign up for an annual plan.
Is my data safe?
Each shop gets its own fully isolated database — your data never mixes with anyone else's. Backups are encrypted with AES-256 and taken daily, every connection uses SSL, and you can lock access to specific IP addresses.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data, always. You can export everything before you leave, and we'll help you migrate out if you ask. We don't hold your business hostage.
